New editor for Indexed DB API - Steve Becker

Dear Web Apps Working Group Members,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of a new editor for the Indexed Database API specification: Steve Becker. Steve brings a wealth of expertise that will be invaluable to the maintenance and further development of the API.

Steve Becker is the engineering manager of the storage team on Microsoft Edge.  He has enjoyed working on many facets of the web platform at Microsoft, including service workers, networking, media, push notifications and more, all which make him a vital addition as editor for Indexed DB API.

As always, if you are new to the group and are interested in taking on some editorial responsibilities, please reach out and we can try to get you set up.
