Subscription to webappswg-charter?

Dear WebApps group members, as initiator of Embeddable Web Application
concept, I like to subscribe to the mail list and participate in the open
meetings. Unfortunately the charter communications section
<https://www.w3.org/2024/01/webappswg-charter-2024.html#communication> does
not outline the subscription process. Please advise.
